questions. There you will find samples of typical incoming queries of

Q. I have downloaded the program several times, but the installer is damaged. What to
do?
A. Check your system for viruses and remove them. The setup
package will not run if the checksum check is not passed. Additionally
this problem can be produced by network errors or interrupts during
download.
Q. Demo version do not show any data after scan of damaged RAR archive. Could
the purchased version repair more ?
A. Unfortunately, it means that neither demo
nor full version can't help in your case. Demo version of RAR eRepair
tool shows all files to be recovered by registered version.
Q. Why Demo version of eRepair RAR was able to show me the content of
damaged RAR, but the purchased version did not find any files in RAR
archive ?
A. The eRepair RAR tool is not changed, it is working as it was. Something happens
with your RAR file between tryout and software purchase. You can install the demo
version of eRepair RAR to another computer, transfer damaged file there
and check that it will not find any files in your RAR archive because
the RAR
was changed.
Q. How to get the eRepair RAR license for free ?
A. The eRepair RAR is commercial version. You can use our free
eRepair RAR demo for tryout. Demo version is limited, it is not saving
any data.
